Which course should I start with?

Getting Started is your first stop in the Happier meditation app and a Course you can return to over and over! Whether you're trying meditation for the first time, you've been meditating or for years, or you've tried before and it never stuck — this course will both teach you how to get going and give you space to fit meditation into your life in a way that works for you. You might see new lessons come into this course so keep an eye on it.

After that, explore the app contents and see what looks interesting and timely for you. If nothing's coming to mind, the Great for Beginners topic section in the Singles tab is another good place to spend some time.

Your Home Page in the app has daily suggestions and if you're looking for content on a particular topic, try the Search bar.
