In our Anti-Diet Course, we’ll help you build a better relationship with food and your body. Our approach is backed by science and we are going to supercharge it with meditation.
You'll get a short daily video from our co-founder Dan Harris, joined by intuitive eating expert Christy Harrison.
Each video is followed by a meditation, about 10 minutes long, specifically designed to help you put into practice what you've learned in the videos - from re-learning what hunger feels like in your body to finding self-compassion when the “food police” show up in your mind.
